Charli XCX’s Recent album titled “BRAT” was one of the highest streamed albums of the year and with its many collabs and features “Brat” had a total of 1.3 billion streams on Spotify alone. Charli XCX who has been on many songs such as “Fancy” and “Boom Clap” is currently one of the most streamed artists of this year.

Charli starts her song by addressing those who are jealous of her and telling us that she’s heard all the things people have said but honestly, you are just obsessed, and it’s obvious that I’m your number one person. This could mean that she could care less about what her haters or the tabloids say about her she is just having fun.

She follows that off by telling her haters to admit that she’s the one they look up to. Maybe a fantasy of theirs is to look like her or be her and she realizes that because they talk about her so much is because they want to be her. Then she says that it’s so obvious that I’m the number one person that you want to be.

Lastly, she tells everyone the reason why she doesn’t really care what others are saying about her because she doesn’t care. She says that she’s just living her life and she’s still popping off either way. In other words, she is flourishing without letting others get ahold of her emotions and letting their words bother her. Then she flexes on them by saying that she gets a lot of money and they are mad because the bank is closed and that this song is going to be blasting in their ears because the only way you will be relevant is by having a famous man by your side and without him you would be nameless.

It’s so obvious that shes their number one.
